Shipping

Customers usually receive their orders within 3-7 business days after they have placed the order. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duty that may be levied upon their order. Warranty

We provide 3 months warranty on all our products from the date of invoice, this includes any manufacturing defect or workmanship error. Physical damage, wear & tear issues would not come under warranty.

We have a very transparent exchange & refund process:

• We will provide free exchange in case there is any workmanship or manufacturing defect
• All exchange or refunds must be sought for within 7 days of receiving the order
• Please submit return form to request for a refund or exchange, all requests will be approved within 24 business hours of receipt of request

Please find below scenarios in which we process refund or exchange:

• Customer placed order for wrong product: If you have placed wrong product in an error or by mistake, we do understand, mistakes happen. In such a scenario, we can exchange the product at a cost of Rs. 150, which you will pay at the time of delivery to the courier person (it will be sent as COD for Rs. 150) when you would receive the new product. Our team will arrange for reverse pickup from your address. Please fill this form for us to process your exchange.

• Customer did not like the quality of the product: If you are not satisfied with the product quality, please fill this form and our team will revert to you within 2-3 working days. We will only be able to offer refund or exchange in case of any manufacturing defect or workmanship error. All our products are RoHs and TuV certified.

• Customer received defective/ damaged product:In this case customer has to fill this form and we will revert back with in 2-3 working days.
